This division is responsible for the day-to-day business and financial transactions undertaker by the offshore companies that we are requested to administer. It’s responsibilities include opening whatever bank accounts the client specifies for the company and where necessary, arranging for the printing of whatever corporate stationery and invoices are needed. It acts on the client’s instructions to execute, through the campany’s brokerage account, what ever international trading transaction, stock purchases, or investments are requested. The emphasis is on swift and comprehensive services. To achieve this objective, the divisions is staffed by multilingual professional traders and support personnel from a variety of disiplines. HCS consultants discuss with the client and recieve specific instructions as to the procedures to be followed for the company’s operation or the conduct of its transactions. All fees for such services are discussed and agreed with the client depending upon their  specific requirement.

This division is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business and financial transactions of the offshore companies we administer on behalf of our clients. HCS has affiliates in tax havens all over the world and our representatives visit thes overseas jurisdictions regularly to keep abreast of the changing developments. They also visit now jurisdictions to negotiate reciprocal agreements with local firms. Through thes efforts, HCS is constantly trying to offer new and better services to its clients and pass on the savings that can result in this scale of operations.

HCS’s Corporate Service Division has lawyers both here in Canada and overseas. Thus, we can fulfil whatever requriements exsist in chosen offshore jurisdiction for Registered Offices, Registered Agents and Nominee Directors,  Company Secretaries etc. These people also ensure compliance where appropriate of such requirements as the filing of annual returns and other statutory documents,

Accountancy Services Division

This division is responsible for the bookkeeping and accountancy requirements of the companies we are requested to administer. Clients can inform our Chartered Accountants of the services they require, ranging from a simple statement of incomes and expenditures to a full set of trading profit and loss accounts for third-party audit, and anything in between. Our professional fees for these services are discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to commencing any assignment.
